Maybelline Colossal vs Lakme Eyeconic vs Nykaa eyem Bold

Hello my lovely friends..

If you check out all my make up blogs you will know that for me THE MOST PART OF MY MAKE UP ROUTINE IS EYE MAKE UP. Specially kajal…Oh my god!!!!! I am addicted to applying kajal. From very young age I used to apply kajal. Everybody says that eyes are my most beautiful feature. So when applying make up my primary focus revolves around enhancing my best feature. In this way you can also enhance your beautiful feature. I mean that is the whole purpose of applying make up right :-)…So back to our topic. Today I want to review about my favorite kajal that I have been using so far. So lets dive in :

  1. Lakme Eyeconic Kajal

For many years I was really committed to Lakme eyeconic kajal. It was like for me kajal means Lakme eyeconic. I used Deep black shade. It really gives a beautiful finish to your eyes.  As the product claims it is water proof. You can use it as a thin liner or if you want to make it thick that is also possible. It gives a good definition to your eyes.

But somehow I did not find it totally smudge proof. By evening i.e. after 6 hrs some breaks would be there and at the outer corner of my eyes it will smudge a little. But if I reapply a little bit it reallyyyyyy gives you a fresh look and you don’t have to redo your whole make up.

For me even I though used to apply the kajal twice a day it lasted for almost 2 months. For such a price I think its totally worth it. I would say if you are a make up beginner definitely you can go for this kajal. You will not be disappointed.

2. Maybelline Colossal Kajal

My sister suggested me to try Maybelline Colossal Kajal. She is a kind of gal who just wants a tint of kajal not a deep black kajal. So I tried it. I kind of like it. But I find it similar to Lakme Eyeconic kajal. If you want a deep bold kajal like me then you would have to draw 2 -3 strokes to get that look . As the product claims it is waterproof.

It gives you a good smokey eye effect even if you smudge only with hands. If I compare it with Lakme eyeconic in my eyes somehow it stayed longer hours. I mean it didn’t smudge by itself. Even though both Lakme and Maybelline kajal has similar features I would definitely give a little more edge to Maybelline kajal. But if you are a beginner you can definitely try both Maybelline and Lakme as both are really worth for the price.

3. Nykaa eyem Bold Kajal

Oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ladies……..I am in love with this product no actually I am obsessed with this product. I feel like I have been searching for a product like this for so many years. I always see girls with pitch dark deep kajal in their eyes and tried various kajals but it didn’t give that effect. But this kajal let me warn you it is not for those who just want a tint of kajal in their eyes. This is for people like me who wants a deep black bold thick kajal.

This kajal is just magical. You just have to draw a thin line in your eyes and it gives an amazing definition to your eyes. It stays put till you remove yeah ITs  TRUE!!!!!!!!You can smudge it or draw a thin line I mean you can actually play around with it as per your style..I am so happy to have found this kajal. It comes with a beautiful sharpener. Just an amazing product. If I compare with Lakme and Maybelline yes the price is on a higher side. But it is lasting me for 4 months so definitely worth the money.

Only thing I found was that initially when I started using this product I had very very light burning sensation. But now I don’t have a problem like that. So those who have sensitive eyes should be very careful while using this product.

  2. I’m not a beauty fanatic so I have no idea what a kajal is 🙈😂 … if it’s an eyeliner your talking about then I think the Lakme eyeconic sounds like my better option! 💖
